PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a common two-way broadcasting service in the existing analog broadcasting system, etc., by utilizing a portable communication terminal.

SOLUTION: A contents providing system 30 of the present invention is provided with: a member information storing part 31 for associating a member ID with a member password and storing the member ID associated with member password; an application information receiving part 37 for receiving application information including an contents ID; a selection notification mail transmitting part 38 for transmitting selection notification mail to a prescribed member selected by a prescribed method; a selection information storing part 33 for associating the contents ID with the member ID of the prescribed member and for storing the contents ID associated with the member ID; a member authenticating part 40 for authenticating a member as to whether to provide the communication terminal 10 of a member 1 with contents on the basis of the member ID, the member password and the contents ID; and a contents providing part 39 for providing the communication terminal 10 of the member 1 with the contents when a member authentication result is affirmative.
