PURPOSE: An Internet learning system and a learning method thereof are provided to offer the most suitable learning contents of each learner by freely combining/forming the learning contents, and considering detail learning history and learning capacity of each learner. CONSTITUTION: A system operating server(3) includes a connecting part(4) and a certification part(5). A learning information managing server(6) includes a learning information managing program(6-1) selecting/storing the learning information in a learning information database(6-2) and extracting/providing the learning information from the learning information database, and the learning information database storing learning information warehouses in a database. A learning progressing server(7) includes a concept contents forming program(7-2), a problem forming program(7-3), a test marking program(7-4), a problem explanation file forming program(7-5), and a learning plan forming program(7-1) managing other programs in the learning progressing server. A learning database server(8) includes a concept contents database(8-1), a problem database(8-2), and a problem explanation database(8-3).
