PURPOSE: Provided is a composition for emulsifying feed oil and fat soluble vitamin using lecithin and an emulsifier, thereby preventing the destroy of nutrient and increasing digestion and absorption. CONSTITUTION: A composition for o/w emulsion is characterized by mixing 16.7 wt.% of lecithin, 10 wt.% of an emulsifier(HLB 15), 2.5 wt.% of sucrose ester(HLB 16 or more) and 70.8 wt.% of water and adding 42-70 wt.% of the mixture to feed oil and fat soluble vitamin.
