SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY MANAGING STANDARD DOCUMENT OF TEST PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A system for automatically managing a standard document of a test program is provided to systemize check/registration/application of the test program, and automatically generate/manage a standard of the test program. CONSTITUTION: A controller(200) controls a sequence of a program verification function, a program statistics related item extraction function, and a registration/management function. A category standard item manager(210) finds out an AC test item, a DC test item, a timing item, and a category item from a program source file, and makes it into a file form. A program revision part(230) inserts a revision management number into a name of the test program to be registered. An item critical value setter(240) sets a critical value of each test item. A compiler(250) compiles a source file. An object file generator(260) generates an object file by using the compiled file. A verifier(270) verifies the object file and compares a size of the previous object file with the new object file. A registration/management part(220) makes/manages a different directory of each device matched with the program source and the object file.
