<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a connector (A) non-fastening a catheter more than necessary, (B) surely fixing the catheter, (C) scarcely loosening the fastening between the both of A and B members and (D) easily discriminating it even if being loosened. <P>SOLUTION: The outer shapes of opposed inner end faces 14 and 15 of the both A and B members 2 and 3 are formed into approximately same shapes, recessed/projecting engagement parts 17 mutually engaged with each other are provided in the inner end faces 14 and 15, and when the outer shapes of the inner end faces 14 and 15 of the both members are accorded to each other by threading the both A and B members 2 and 3 together, the engagement parts 17 are mutually engaged with each other. When the engagement parts are engaged, further engagement produces resistance and the engagement is scarcely loosened, the outer shapes of the inner end faces of the both members are accorded with each other to be easily visually recognized and, if fastening is loosened, it can be easily recognized. Therefore, when the engagement parts are mutually engaged, a packing is appropriately pushed and compressed to appropriately fix the catheter.
