PURPOSE: A vibrational massaging device for a vehicle sheet is provided to relax the muscles of the neck of a passenger and relieve of fatigue by mounting the device of a pillow shape between a sheet backrest and a head rest. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle sheet where a backrest(12) is coupled to the back of a seat and a head rest(13) fixed to a pair of guide bars(14) coupled to the top of the backrest(12), the vibrational massaging device comprises: a guide plate(20) fixed by a bolt(21); a supporting portion(30) which is elastically supported by a spring(35) as the guide plate(20) is penetrated by long bolts(34) engaged to bent parts(31a) at both sides of a curved neck circumference frame(31) and which is mounted at a predetermined gap as a curved shoulder frame(33) is connected to the lower part of the neck circumference frame(31) by a supporting plate(32); a vibrational motor(40) stored in a case(42) fixed to the rear surface of the supporting plate(32), with an eccentric cam(41) fixed to a rotary axis thereof; and buffering members attached to the inside of an outer.
