PURPOSE: A ventilation fan of cooling device is provided to improve a total cooling efficiency by lowering the total power consumption of the rectifier. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation fan of cooling device comprises a frame(11), a supporting axis(13), an AC motor(20), and a DC motor(30). The frame includes an inner space having a predetermined volume and a blade formed at the outer surface of the inner space. The supporting axis supports rotatably the frame. The AC motor is supported by the supporting axis and rotates the frame by receiving the AC power. The DC motor is supported by the supporting axis and rotates the frame by receiving the DC power of the battery when the AC motor does not receive the AC power.
