PURPOSE: An audio device is provided to offer convenience to a driver and improve running stability by using an existing remote controller even when the audio device is changed. CONSTITUTION: An audio device(20) is composed of a resistance data recognizing unit(21) for detecting resistance value generated when a key in a remote controller(10) installed at a steering wheel is pushed, a control and data memory unit(22) for memorizing and controlling data, an infrared data receiving unit(23) receiving data from a wireless controller, and an audio amplifier(24) driving a speaker(30).
