PURPOSE: A steering force control device of a vehicle is provided to control the steering force and a steering feel according to the vehicle speed and a steering angle. CONSTITUTION: A steering force control device of a vehicle comprises a vehicle speed sensor(101) sensing the speed of the vehicle; a steering angle sensor(102) sensing a steering angle of a steering wheel; a control part(103) detecting and adding each control current by the vehicle speed sensed from the vehicle speed sensor and the steering angle sensed from the steering angle sensor, and outputting a control signal corresponding to the added control current; and an electronic power steering control part(104) controlling the steering force and a steering feel according to a control signal corresponding to the control current output from the control part.
