<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services satisfactory to franchisees, a franchisor, and customers by electronically and rapidly providing lunch menu information from the franchisor to each franchisee, and rapidly and surely receiving lunch orders by the use of the lunch menu information stored in a database. <P>SOLUTION: The device for receiving lunch orders includes a menu master 21 recording the lunch menu of the franchisor 3 and display information indicating that the lunch menu is provided by the franchisor; a franchisee master 22 for the franchisees 2; a customer master 23 for the customers 5; an order master 24 which refers to the franchisee master 22 to provide the customers' terminals with the lunch menu and information 33 on the franchisee in charge of preparing the lunch menu, to perform the process of placing an order to the franchisee's terminal 12; and a payment master 25 for recording the settlement of payment to the franchisee's terminal 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
