<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and safely notify abnormality of a parked automobile. <P>SOLUTION: A data-analysis part 20 of the abnormality notifying device 50 judges whether there is abnormality by analyzing data measured by each sensor monitoring the condition of the automobile 1, and notify a control part 30 if so. When receiving the signal notifying the abnormality, the control part 30 refers to a distance when measuring by a distance measurement part 25, and activates a voice warning part 35 if a driver 100 is at a distance of "close" or "near" from the automobile 1, or activates a radio communication part 40 if the driver 100 is at a distance of "far" or "very far" from the automobile 1.
