<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent IC module where a reader/writer function for sending question signals made from electromagnetic waves and a card IC function are integrated on a single semiconductor circuit chip. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit which has the reader/writer function as well as the card IC function is achieved using a one-chip MOS LSI. Filters are attached also to the receiving terminal of a reader/writer which uses crosstalk within the chip and to the input terminal of the card IF function part to attenuate unwanted radiation to enable miniaturization of the circuit and devices without regard to the crosstalk of signals within the chip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
