<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an apparatus structure and assembling work performance by eliminating a conventional gap 70. <P>SOLUTION: The reflecting plate 1 comprises a mounting hole at the center face part 1a that is screwed to the ceiling face 40, an annular fall-wall face part 1b that falls from the surrounding of the center face part 1a connected to it, a bottom face part 1c that is connected to the fall-wall face part 1b and spreads horizontally from there, and an annular rising wall face part 1d that is connected to the bottom face part 1c and rises from there.
