<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair grower utilizing a microorganism having high hair restoring, hair growing and hair tonic effects. <P>SOLUTION: A bacterium belonging to the genus Corynebacterium is cultured in fermented vinegar as a culture medium and the cultured solution containing the bacterium is used as a stock solution. About 5-10 ml thereof is added to about 1,000 ml of water subjected to a sterilization or a disinfection treatment to proliferate the bacterium with water for about 1-2 weeks. The resultant cultured solution is used as the hair grower. The corynebacterium is diluted with water and cultured to thereby maintain the corynebacterium at moderate proliferation.
