<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a maintenance service personnel to quickly take countermeasures to the occurrence of the abnormality of equipment while cooperating with a management base point in the same method regardless of whether the equipment has been already installed or newly installed. <P>SOLUTION: When abnormality is occurred, the equipment 2 transmits abnormality occurrence information from the equipment 2 to a first management computer 3 through one-to-one communication with the first management computer 3. The first management computer 3 transforms the received abnormality occurrence information into an electronic mail, and transmits it to a second management computer 4 or an auxiliary communicating means 5 carried by the maintenance service personnel.
