The glass wall includes interior and exterior panes (1,2) stuck to each other and spaced by a dividing frame (3), with the exterior space of the frame between the two panes being filled with sealing material. The wall also includes a fixation device constituted by profile (6) having a longitudinal rib (7) adapted to receive an immobilizing means (8) for immobilizing a screw (9) fixed to a support. The immobilization means are spaced from each other. The profile (6) is solidly fixed to the exterior pane and joined together so that one part such as the edge of the interior pane is adjacent to the profile, and the other part such as the exterior edge of the profile is aligned with the exterior edge of the exterior glass pane.
