The invention relates to a vertical hot-air generator with TLUD gasifier, intended to heat medium-sized spaces. According to the invention, the generator consists of a TLUD gas generator (1) which is sequentially supplied with rechargeable cartridges with chopped and dried wooden material with a water content of less than 20%, the gasifying and burning process being controlled by an electronic module (5) which controls the air flow rate variation depending on the temperature of heated air and the temperature in the pyrolysis process, which also comprises an automatic ignition burner (2), a flap heat exchanger (3) consisting, in its turn, of two sections automatically selectable depending on the pyrolysis process state, an economizer (4) on the smoke stack, which converts the heat of exhaust gases into electric energy, using some Peltier modules, and, at the same time, recycles a part of the heat which would otherwise have been lost through the smoke stack, into the air supply system, the system also producing, as a by-product, biochar, which is a valuable agricultural amendment, leading thereby to a negative carbon balance. |
