<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared information management device with high security by obtaining a permission, when performing updating processing of shared information by a member in a group, from a member of another group. <P>SOLUTION: A center system 1 inputs, when a personal ID and password in a database 11 is matched with a personal ID and password inputted from a registration terminal 31 in a comparator 13, temporary shared information from the registration terminal 31, and selects a cellular phone 41-44 to which updating of shared information is permitted. The center system 1 transmits a permission request of updating of shared information with the temporary shared information to the selected cellular phone 41-44. The cellular phone concerned 41-44 responds to the permission request, and the center system 1 updates the shared information in the database 11 to the temporary shared information according to the permission request of the response content.
