PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute an accomplishment bonus to an introducer user when a user purchases a commodity and a service from an EC site device by a different route.

SOLUTION: A user terminal unit receives a coupon from an intermediary server, and transmits coupon information on the received coupon by making access to the EC site device. The EC site device informs an intermediary server device of the coupon information and a completion bonus. The intermediary server device controls the coupon and a use history of the coupon by a coupon issuing/control DB, and controls the accumulation of a completion bonus amount given back to the user of the user terminal unit by a completion bonus control database by calculating by information on the coupon issuing/control DB, and distributes the accumulation to a coupon user and an introducer.
