<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card with a rewrite recording layer superior in external appearance and printing quality, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This noncontact IC card 1 with the rewrite recording layer is formed into an integral base body by performing a thermocompression press by sandwiching an antenna sheet 10 with an IC chip 12 attached thereto between obverse and reverse printing sheets 20 and 30 via adhesive sheets 13 and 14 and spacer sheets 15 and 16, and is characterized by using a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin sheet for the obverse and reverse printing sheets by setting the orientation direction in the same direction. This manufacturing method of the noncontact IC card with the rewrite recording layer is characterized, for example, by being printed on and used for an outside surface of the same winding on the surface side of the IC card, and being printed on and used for the other surface of the same winding on the reverse side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
