<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a human load by automatically updating personal data stored in a personal information card in timing wherein the personal information card is actually used. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card 3 distributed to a management target person stores card data including the personal data including a name, a card expiration date or the like in addition to a peculiar card ID. A card issue server 1 transmits updating personal data on the IC card 3 of an update target and update period data showing an update procedure period to a gate entrance server 6 , an access server 7 and a diligence/indolence management server 8, in prescribed time. For example, when a card reader/writer 9a corresponding to a gate entrance terminal 9 reads the card data from the IC card 3 corresponding to the updating personal data during the update procedure period shown by the update period data, the card reader/writer 9a writes the updating personal data into the IC card 3 to automatically update the card data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
