PURPOSE: An acupressure projection for an acupressure device is provided to prevent an acupressure projection from getting bent or being broken during use by fixing a number of acupressure projections in a predetermined width, and to prevent the acupressure projection from being caught in an outside object by lowering the height of projection. CONSTITUTION: The acupressure projection for an acupressure device comprises a connection groove portion(13) having a predetermined width and being opened in a hemisphere shape toward the inside of the U-shaped body(10) at a predetermined district in the surrounding direction of an insertion hole(14) to be connected with an inserting member of an acupressure projection(20); and an insertion portion being attached to the connection groove portion(13) by outward cutting the upper and lower attached side to be faced from each other around the inserting member in a plurality of acupressure projections(20).
