PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition containing plant extracts, which composition inhibits the generation of dandruff, improves itch and the skin, and has moisturizing effect on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition is characterized by containing, as an active ingredient, at least two kinds of plant extracts selected from the group consisting of Artemisia Messerschmidtiana Besser, Schizonepeta tenuifolia Brig(Nepeta japonica Maxim.) and Foeniculum vulgare, in the amount of 0.3-15 parts by weight, based on the total weight of the composition.
