PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for generating silver colloid from general water from general water without using additional distiller or water purifier. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a heating unit(50) with a heater and a temperature sensor at a lower part thereof for heating general water to generate water steam; a distilled water generation unit(100) with a cooling pipe(60) around which cooling pins are provided and through which the steam passes, a motor and a blower, for cooling the steam while the steam passes through the cooling pipe(60), thereby generating distilled water; a silver colloidal liquid generation unit(200) with a fresh water tank for storing distilled water generated by the distilled water generation unit(100), and an upper and a lower silver plates provided in the fresh water tank for generating silver colloid when D.C power is applied to the upper and lower silver plates; a controller(130) for controlling power off of the heating unit(50) when water is run out or abnormal temperature is detected, operation of the motor, and on/off of the D.C power applied to the silver plates; and a power supply(30).
