<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin molded article extremely excellent in appearance. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a resinous article with a bottomed channel is equipped with a mold provided with a cavity with which a guide channel communicates, a means for filling the cavity with a flowable resinous material, a channel molding member which is movable along the guide channel and has a body part and an end part narrowing toward its leading end, a means for moving the channel molding member into the cavity within a range not piercing through the resin material in the cavity, and a means for preheating the resinous material at a part into which the channel molding member is inserted before the channel molding member is moved into the cavity. In addition, during the filling of the cavity with the flowable resinous material, an opening part on the cavity side of the guide channel is closed by the body part of the channel molding member and held to a positional relation wherein the end part runs into the cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
