<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain soup which satisfies a taste even in reduction in salt content, is suitable for health promotion, provides the taste with a refreshing feeling and satisfies a sense of sight by color effect. <P>SOLUTION: This soup comprises soup stock containing seasoning such as soy sauce, salt, sugar, and vinegar and contains 7-10 wt.% of vinegar based on the total amount.
