SOLUTION: In a dead time addition portion 2A, a time until a figure of a timer 22 reaches a setting value of a register 24a is added as a first dead time when a first PWM signal PWM1 rises whereas a time until the figure of the timer 22 reaches a setting value of the register 24b is added as a second dead time at a rise time of a second PWM signal PWM2.
