<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idle intake amount control device of an engine accurately obtaining a predetermined minimum idle intake amount without being affected by a mutual manufacturing error among parts adjusting an intake mount of a bypass valve. <P>SOLUTION: In a valve housing 6 of the bypass valve 5, an inlet hole 11 which always makes a valve chamber 16 communicate with an upstream part of a bypass passage 4, and an outlet hole 12 communicating with a downstream side of the bypass passage 4 are arranged. A valve piston 13 comprises: an idle adjusting hole 19 for opening/closing between a valve chamber 16 and the outlet hole 12 in accordance with an opening/closing operation of the valve piston 13; and an idle hole 20 which ensures the minimum idle intake amount by always opening the outlet hole 12 regardless of opening/closing position of the valve piston 13 at a position away from the idle adjusting hole 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
