Provided is a non-contact voltage measurement device capable of accurate measurement of AC voltage and comprising: a detection electrode 13 to which is applied a voltage corresponding to an AC voltage Vac; a feedback electrode 14; a conductor movable body 31 supported so as to be displaceable in accordance with a Coulomb force occurring between the movable body and the detection electrode 13 and a Coulomb force occurring between the movable body and the feedback electrode 14, said movable body having an elastic force working thereupon that causes same to return to a prescribed neutral position; a displacement detection unit 40 that detects displacement of the movable body 31; a voltage supply unit 50 that supplies AC voltage Vs to the feedback electrode 14; and a control unit 60 that controls the voltage output from the voltage supply unit 50, such that the displacement detection results from the displacement detection unit 40 approach a prescribed reference value.
