PURPOSE: An assembling method of a closed body assembly installed, a fuel vapor exhaust valve assembly and a float operating valve is provided to assemble the closed body/ retainer automatically by inserting the retainer to the opening end of the tubular hollow part regardless of direction of rotation of the retainer with snap-locking. CONSTITUTION: A retainer assembly(10) is composed of a tubular member(12) having plural respective assembling surfaces(16) spaced from each other and arranged circumferentially around the end of the tubular member, and a plug member combined with the end of the tubular member and composed of plural locking fingers(20) extended in radial direction and spaced circumferentially. The locking finger of the plug member is combined with the assembling surface of the tubular member.
