PURPOSE: An instantaneous cooling apparatus with a microwave oven is provided to cook food conveniently by cooling food quickly and by heating food promptly with microwave from the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous cooling apparatus(100) comprises a cold accumulation material storage part installed in a freezer compartment to contain beverage; a vibrating unit applying vibration to the cold accumulation material storage part; and a spring installed in the lower part of the cold accumulation material storage part and the vibrating unit to damp vibration from the vibrating unit and the refrigerator. A microwave oven(200) is detachably mounted in the upper part of the instantaneous cooling apparatus. Food is cooked conveniently by combining the microwave oven with the instantaneous cooling apparatus.
