PURPOSE: An electronic device having a display driving controller and a display device are provided to lighten the burden imposed on a microprocessor and to reduce power consumption of the system by providing a driving circuit, a setting member, and a gradation voltage generating circuit in the display driving controller. CONSTITUTION: A display driving controller(200) includes a display memory(206) that memorizes display image data, and reads the display image data from the display memory sequentially. As a result, the display memory generates and outputs driving signals of a display device. The display driving controller provides a driving circuit, a setting member, and a gradation voltage generating circuit. The driving circuit generates and outputs signals to driving common signal lines of a first display region of the display device and a second display region of the display device. The setting member is capable of setting gradation voltage information according to a characteristic of the first display region and gradation voltage information according to a characteristic of the second display region. The gradation voltage generating circuit generates a gradation voltage supplied to the driving circuit according to set information in the setting member.
