PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a viewer participating program utilizing live streaming.

SOLUTION: An event server 5 synchronizes live video / audio data live-recorded in a studio 6, various data uploaded from a client (viewer terminal) 2 to a community server 3 and selected / processed by an edit server 4, and other contents data with a 'stage direction control script track'. An encoder 7 generates streaming data on the basis of the stage direction control script track and live-distributes the data to the client 2 via a streaming server 8. The client 2 displays the various data on the basis of the distributed streaming data. A monitor or the like in the studio 6 displays the requests from viewers at any time, and a 'performer' in the studio 6 can perform the performance in response to the request from the viewer while revising the live configuration.
