<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device equipped with a communication function such as facsimile communication and a printing function to form an image on paper, which can provide the number of sheets of paper used in the communication terminal device for the period or in the form desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 1 comprises a table 15 which stores execution time of a job, the number of sheets of paper used by executing the job, and a job type by associating them mutually, every time a job including processing of image formation on paper is executed; a period accepting means which accepts the designation of a period to be retrieved; a means for retrieving the number of sheets of paper and the job type whose execution time is associated with the period accepted by the period accepting means, from among those stored in the table 15; a means for totalling the number of sheets of paper retrieved for each job type associated with each number of sheets of paper; and a means for outputting the totaled number of sheets of paper to a display 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
