FIELD: medicine, pathological anatomy. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with studying morphogenesis of mammary fibroadenomatosis. For this purpose one should inject synestrol on the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 35th d of experiment. On the 14th d against the onset of injection rat's mammary gland should be impregnated with 50% suspension solution of reduced river sand at the daily dosage of 2 ml. The present method enables to model mammary fibroadenomatosis in experimental animals for further studying morphogenesis and methods to correct the present pathological process in mammary gland. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 4 dwg |
