PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for simply determining proper combination or improper combination of various kinds of electrolyte and a negative electrode active material and a surface treatment condition in a short time on the basis of the measurement of a potential-current curve of an electrochemical reduction reaction at the interface between the electrolytic solution and the negative electrode active material.SOLUTION: A linear sweep voltammetry measurement is performed to acquire a reduction potential-current curve (voltammogram curve) resulting from an electrochemical reduction reaction at the interface between a negative electrode active material before formation of a coating film and electrolytic solution. On the basis of the obtained reduction potential-current curve, whether the combination of the electrolyte solution and the negative electrode active material and a surface treatment condition is proper or improper is determined on the basis of the presence or absence of a peak 1 caused by the reduction reaction of the electrolyte solution and a peak 2 located on the negative potential side of the peak 1.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
