FIELD: electrical engineering; pulsed charging of batteries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system has dc power supply, pulse generator, distributor, switching unit, control circuits, transistor switches, reference-voltage supply, NAND circuit, and switching member. System provides for pulsed charging of storage battery at the same time monitoring its state of charge.
