<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat-resistant protein in high efficiency by using a thermophilic phage. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the production of a heat-resistant protein contains (1) a step to integrate a gene encoding the heat-resistant protein into the DNA of a thermophilic phage, (2) a step to introduce the recombinant DNA obtained by the step 1 into a host cell and (3) a step to proliferate the thermophilic phage having the heat-resistant protein on a coat protein in the host cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
