PURPOSE: A steel sheet whose color is changed according to temperature variation is provided which changes color of the steel sheet according to temperature around the steel sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The steel sheet whose color is changed according to temperature variation comprises a chromate layer(30) coated as a thin film having adhesion quantity of 20 to 80 g/m¬2 on an alloy plating layer(20) formed on a base steel sheet(10); a prime layer(40) formed of paint comprising polyester resin and coated as a thin film having thickness of 4 to 20 μm on the chromate layer; a temperature indicating pigment contained layer(50) formed of a water based or oil based paint in which 5 to 20 g of temperature indicating pigment is mixed with 70 to 90 g of acryl resin and 50 g of water or acetone for providing fluidity and coated on the prime layer as a thin film having thickness of 2 to 10 μm; and a top layer(60) formed of a transparent paint of polyester clear and coated on the temperature indicating pigment contained layer as a thin film having thickness of 5 to 10 μm.
