COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND DISPLAY METHOD IMPROVED IN OPERATION EFFICIENCY BY USER INTERFACE

PURPOSE: A communication terminal and a display method improved in operation efficiency by a user interface are provided to confirm inferior items of a selected item by automatically displaying the inferior items. CONSTITUTION: A selection key selects a desired setting item among displayed setting items. A display unit(2) displays the selected setting item. A settlement key settles the displayed setting item for switching over to a setting picture. A change unit changes the set value in the setting picture of the settled setting item. A measuring element measures time displaying the selected setting item. A set value display element displays only current set value of the selected setting item when the measure time passes predetermined time. If the predetermined time does not pass, and the setting picture is converted into a display picture of the selected setting item, the set value display element displays the set value with other set values to discriminate the current set value.
