PURPOSE: A lottery system is provided to enable a user to draw a gift or a lottery ticket on a wireless communication terminal irrespective of a location or a time. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a wireless communication terminal(1), a lottery system(9), a relay station(10), a communication server(2). The wireless communication terminal(1) enables a user to access the communication server(2), having the lottery system(9) with a lottery program(6), connected to the relay station(10). If the wireless communication terminal(1) connects to the communication server(2) by using a set communication number, the communication server(2) checks a phone number of the terminal(1), a communication time and a communication date. The communications server(2) transmits a lottery number, set at the terminal(1), to the lottery program(6), then the lottery program draws the lottery number, and transmits the lottery result to the communication server(2). The communication server(2) notifies the wireless communication terminal(1) of the lottery result by using the phone number of the terminal(1).
