PURPOSE: A tilt driving optical pickup actuator and an optical recording and/or reproducing apparatus adopting the optical pickup actuator thereinto are provided to use two monopole magnets only, and to apply the monopole magnets to a focus direction and a tracking direction to drive a tilt direction, thereby reducing material costs. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic circuit comprises as follows. One pair of monopole magnets(31) are installed on a base(11) to face both sides of a bobbin(20). A focus coil(33) is wound around the bobbin(20). One pair of tracking coils(35) cover the bobbin(20) on both sides in accordance with a radial direction of an objective lens(10) in a direction crossing with the focus coil(33), so as to generate an electromagnetic force for controlling toward a tracking direction by interaction with the monopole magnets(31). Plural tilt coils(37) are installed on an upper side and/or a lower side of the bobbin(20) to generate an electromagnetic force for controlling toward a tilt direction.
