PURPOSE: A fuel miser of a vehicle is provided to promote complete combustion, to reduce fuel, to prevent corrosion or ageing of a vehicle body, and to prevent air pollution by complete combustion of fuel. CONSTITUTION: In a fuel miser of a vehicle, a fuel inlet nipple(2) and a fuel outlet nipple(2') are mounted on a cylindrical body(1). A stainless steel filter plate(4') for ceramic particle support and fuel filtration is mounted to the inner wall of the nipple side for the outflow of fuel. Germanium is formed into balls of a size of 8¯10mm and is burned at high temperature of 900¯1000 degrees centigrade. Far-infrared radiators(5) of the germanium dioxide balls are filled in the body. Plural doughnut-type Nd(Neodymium) magnet plates(3,3',3'',3''') having magnetic force of 3500¯4500 gauss are arranged in the body while the N and S poles of magnets are arranged in the same direction. The magnetic force of the doughnut-type Nd magnet plates is stronger toward the outlet side from the inlet side. The far-infrared radiators of the germanium dioxide balls are filled in central holes(9,9',9'',9''') of the magnets. A filter plate, identical with the stainless steel filter plate to support the doughnut-type Nd magnet plate nearest from a miser lid(7) mounted with the fuel inlet nipple and to filter fuel incoming through the inlet nipple, is mounted to the inside of the miser lid with a gap. The miser lid in which a stainless steel spring(6) is fixed is combined to the cylindrical body by screw parts(8). The filter plate is elastically supported by the spring.
