PURPOSE: A battery charge indicating circuit is provided to allow for ease of indication and reduce costs by indicating the battery charge state through the use of a logic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A battery charge indicating circuit comprises a buffer reference voltage set unit(210) for taking, as an input, the control signal having logic stages changing in accordance with the existence of a battery, setting a buffer reference voltage in accordance with the control signal, and adjusting upwardly the buffer reference voltage in accordance with a buffer signal; an indication control unit(220) for receiving the buffer reference voltage and charging current, comparing the buffer reference voltage and voltages in accordance with the charging current, outputting a second logic stage indication control signal if the buffer reference voltage is higher, and outputting a first logic stage indication control signal if the buffer reference voltage is lower; and a charge state indicating unit(230) for turning on LEDs for indicating charging operations when the first logic stage indication control signal is input, and turning on LEDs and outputting the buffer signal to the buffer reference voltage set unit when the second logic stage indicating control signal is input.
