PURPOSE: A portable IC measuring equipment is provided to make a hardware designer change/confirm data directly by realizing an IIC(Inter-IC) write/read system inputted/output through an IIC method. CONSTITUTION: The equipment includes a key input part(10), a CPU(11), a display part(12), a memory(13), and a power supply(14). A data line(20) and a clock line(22) are connected to the equipment through a line I/O(Input/Output) port. The key input part includes a keypad comprising numeric keys, an address input key, a data input key, a data read key, and a data write key. The memory stores the address information, the register information, and the data information of an IC by the key input part. The CPU writes/reads the address information, the register information, and the data information from the memory, and transmits the information to the IC by responding to a data writing key signal of the key input part. The display part displays the data information by responding to a data reading key signal of the key input part.
