PURPOSE: A fabrication device of a back light unit is provided to form hologram patterns on a master substrate by using interference of a reference light and a target light, and to fabricate a light guide plate by using the master substrate. CONSTITUTION: A light source(250) irradiates an optical beam on a master substrate(240). A beam splitter(252) is disposed between the master substrate(240) and the light source(250), and transmits the half of the optical beam irradiated from the light source(250), then reflects the remaining half of the optical beam. A reflector(254) reflects the reflected light of the beam splitter(252) toward the master substrate(240). A back light unit(260) is disposed between the master substrate(240) and the reflector(254).
