EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING SOIL-IMPROVING MATERIALS BY USING ORGANIC WASTES AND UNSLAKED LIME(CaO)

PURPOSE: Equipment for producing soil-improving materials by using organic wastes is provided to prevent pollutants from entering fertilizers and reduce formation of dust. CONSTITUTION: The equipment for producing soil-improving materials(fertilizer and compost) comprises the parts of: a reaction container(10) for reacting unslaked lime(CaO) with waste organic materials(food leftovers, animal wastes, etc.) containing 80-90% of water and 10-15wt.% of CaO; a wing for mixing(21) positioned in a spiral shape according to an inner wall; a mixing container(20) for mixing organic wastes generated from the reaction container with auxiliary materials such as paper sludge for soil improvement; an operating motor(23) for running the mixing container; a heating unit(30) aside the mixing container, whose smoke pipe(34) is connected to a heat-exchanging pipe; a heat exchanger(40), arranged in zig-zag inside the mixing container, for heat-drying mixtures inside the mixing container. The produced soil-improving material has 35-40% of water content and are stored to a main tank(53).
