ARYL HYDROCARBON RECEPTOR FIXING ELECTRODE, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPLICATION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aryl hydrocarbon receptor fixing electrode for quickly and sensitively detecting a coupling between an aryl hydrocarbon receptor and a ligand as an electrochemical signal.

SOLUTION: The aryl hydrocarbon receptor fixing electrode includes elements (1)-(4). The element (1) is a conductive substrate; the element (2) is a bifunctional fixing reagent, having an adsorption region to the conductive substrate and two complex ligands to a nickel complex or a cobalt complex and fixed to the conductive substrate via the adsorption region; the element (3) is the nickel complex or the cobalt complex bonded to two complex ligands of the bifunctional fixing reagent; and the element (4) is the aryl hydrocarbon receptor, having a histidine tag and coupled to the nickel complex or the cobalt complex via the histidine tag.
