<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a price reflected with quality of electric power, in a system for controlling the price for power supply to an electric power line of a distributed type power source. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power quality evaluating part 3 evaluates the quality of the electric power, based on electric information (a voltage and a current of the electric power supplied from the distributed power source) measured by an electric information measuring part 2. An electric power quality money amount calculating part 4 calculates a power quality money amount of a charge for the electric power in which the electric power quality (power factor, unbalanced rate and distortion factor) is taken into account, based on the evaluated electric power quality.
