<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account information management method for supporting improvement in convenience of a customer or improvment of service level of a financial institute or other companies in a service using a communication network such as Internet. <P>SOLUTION: In this account information system, a server use request is accepted from the customer, account information is requested to a financial institute system or other company systems designated by the service user request, account information is selected from the account information obtained from the financial institute system or the other company systems according to a preset condition, the transaction destination of the selected account information and a transaction kind are extracted, and the transaction destination and the transaction kind are transmitted to another financial institute system or the other company systems designated by the service use request.
